Kanye West is planning to launch his own news channel, signaling a new career direction for the 46-year-old rapper and designer.
According to an informed source, West has been developing the concept for the news channel over the past few months and is already testing the project’s website.
“Ye has big ambitions, but even those close to him are shocked by these plans. He is confident that he will succeed if everything is done right. Ye wants to offer people something different from the mainstream,” the insider clarified.
Presumably, the channel will cover life in the United States, but it will be accessible from anywhere in the world.
Recently, several public organizations expressed outrage over Kanye West’s new song “Vultures.” In it, the artist claimed that he cannot be considered antisemitic because he has been in a relationship with a Jewish woman.
